Our workers hold qualifications ranging from BA Honours Degree in Education to NVQ Level 2 in Childcare, Learning and Development - the minimum required qualification.

All current workers have enhanced disclosures checked through CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) which are renewed at least every three years thereafter (meeting ofsted requirements).

All our workers recognise that each child should have the best possible start in life and work in a structured, informative, but most of all fun way with the children. All our childcare workers work regularly in childcare settings.
